Do you have an American Revolutionary War Patriot in your family tree?  Someone who fought for our freedom, served in a civil capacity, or aided and supported the patriotic cause in other ways?  Learn more about accepted patriotic service.
  • Any woman 18 years of age or older who can document lineal, bloodline descent from an ancestor who aided the cause of American independence is eligible for membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution. Patriotic service must have occurred between April 19, 1775, and November 26, 1783.
